About the position

The Production Analyst role at Sabine Oil & Gas is a full-time position focused on providing accurate monthly production allocations for oil, gas, and water data. The position involves data entry, reconciliation of monthly data, and submission of production reports to state agencies. The role requires collaboration with various personnel and offers growth opportunities within a modern and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate monthly production allocations through data entry and interface uploads.
• Reconcile monthly production data and maintain records retention.
• Submit production reports to state agencies, focusing on East Texas assets.
• Assist with daily allocations and troubleshoot errors in production data.
• Build and maintain delivery systems in the database for production allocations based on field flow diagrams.
• Interface with field personnel, including Foreman, Pumpers, Regulatory Analysts, and Land group.
• Conduct monthly analysis and reporting, including reconciliation of production to third-party statements and trend analysis.
• Prepare and submit Surface Commingle Permits and associated flow diagrams.
• Assist with filing miscellaneous Texas reports such as W-10, G-10, R-3, H-10, P-18.

Requirements

• Texas production reporting experience required.
• Minimum four (4) years of production accounting experience required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Strong math skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with commercial production accounting software (Enertia preferred).
• Familiarity with commercial field data gathering software (FDG, FDM, TOW, eVIN preferred).
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business preferred or four (4) years of related experience.
