About the position

The Oilfield Production Equipment Division Manager will lead the nationwide oil field Production Equipment Sales division at Dragon Products, overseeing a division with P/L responsibilities exceeding $100 million. This role involves managing multiple manufacturing facilities, a sales team, and service professionals, ensuring effective coordination and operational success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oilfield Production Equipment Sales division with P/L responsibilities.
• Coordinate operations across 5 heavy manufacturing facilities.
• Manage and support the in-place sales team and service professionals.
• Report directly to the president of Dragon Products.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing large-scale operations in the oilfield production equipment sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and facilities.
• Experience with P/L responsibilities and financial management.
• Ability to travel as required for the role.
