About the position

The OKR Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives within the UV-CIPP industry, focusing on the implementation of OKR systems to align corporate strategies across departments. This position requires a dynamic leader who can motivate teams, manage projects effectively, and integrate sustainability principles into all aspects of strategy and project management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement corporate strategy.
• Implement and oversee project management methodologies to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Develop and improve OKR processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Motivate and inspire team members to achieve strategic objectives.
• Train and coach employees at all levels on OKR best practices.
• Facilitate clear and constant communication within the team and across departments.
• Support the development and introduction of sales strategies tailored to the UV-CIPP market.
• Integrate sustainability principles into all aspects of strategy and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5 years of experience in OKR Program management.
• 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• 5 years of experience in Construction Sustainability.
• Extensive experience with the OKR methodology and the ability to champion its adoption throughout the organization.
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of sustainability practices in the construction industry is a plus.
