About the position

Genesis10 is seeking an OKTA Business Analyst for a contract position with a client in Minneapolis, MN, offering a 70% remote work option. The role involves mapping out current state processes, drafting functional and non-functional data requirements, documenting future state processes, and maintaining subject matter expertise to inform project deliverables. The position also includes creating templates and supporting materials for working sessions and providing technical inputs to meeting notes.

Responsibilities

• Map out current state processes.
• Draft functional and non-functional data requirements based on previous information and input from business stakeholders.
• Document target state processes through working sessions to support requirements definition.
• Maintain or develop subject matter expertise necessary to inform requirements and other deliverables.
• Create or leverage templates to facilitate working sessions and capture requirements.
• Provide technical inputs to meeting notes drafted by the project manager.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to document current and future state processes.
• Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders.
• Experience with OKTA is preferred but not critical.
