Responsibilities
- Direct, motivate, and inspire the studio team towards achieving studio goals.
- Ensure guests have an enjoyable and consistent experience during every visit.
- Manage team performance through training, coaching, and development.
- Drive membership sales and manage performance metrics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of fitness studio management experience.
- Valid Certified Personal Trainer certification (preferred).
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Nice-to-haves
