As an Engagement Manager, you will work closely with our clients in the communications, media, and technology industries, helping them to develop value growth strategies, improve operations, and maximize organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will provide day-to-day leadership of client projects, managing aspects of the client relationship and the commercial process. You will team with Partners and share responsibility for the success of specific engagements, ensuring that complex programs are delivered on time and meet agreed-upon goals. Your ability to guide and influence clients will be essential, as you will become a trusted advisor, engaging fully in building business by identifying new and expanded opportunities. You will also be responsible for creating intellectual capital through thought leadership and will be expected to develop others within the firm, building a followership as part of your asset-building efforts. As a role model for firm values, you will oversee and guide the consulting team in developing hypotheses, reviewing client information, conducting interviews, deriving insights, and producing deliverables. Supporting Partners in project execution through excellent project management will be a key aspect of your role, including work planning, workflow management, and coaching junior team members. We are looking for high-caliber individuals who are passionate about the creative process and possess a strong analytical approach to uncovering insights. You will need to demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills, versatility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities. A balance of humility and confidence, along with impeccable judgment, will be crucial for making timely and sound decisions. The role requires a commitment to excellence and a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including internationally.
