About the position
The Assistant Boutique Manager at OMEGA Luxury Timepieces is responsible for leading retail operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury boutique environment. This role requires strong management skills, a focus on operational excellence, and the ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury retail and will be instrumental in maximizing revenue and ensuring a high-quality store experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities of the luxury boutique according to company standards.
- Maximize inventory, cash control, and implement loss prevention techniques.
- Delegate tasks to the sales team and develop sales incentives and rewards.
- Deliver sales results in alignment with company goals.
- Ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers.
- Promote the Omega brand through effective communication and professionalism.
- Prioritize, plan, and adapt to business needs while leading by example.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of management/operations management experience.
- Excellent selling and customer service skills.
- Superior spoken and written communication skills.
- Expertise in inventory management.
- Luxury retail experience preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows, SAP, and Cegid.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for emailing.
