About the position

The Boutique Manager at Omega Luxury Timepieces is responsible for leading the boutique's operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires a seasoned luxury retail manager with a strong focus on client relations and inventory management, ensuring a high-quality store experience that aligns with the company's prestigious brand image.

Responsibilities

  • Build revenue and manage back-office operations while supervising selling professionals.
  • Develop strategies and plans to achieve sales results through clientelling, superior customer service, events, and traffic-generating actions.
  • Ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers.
  • Think strategically and drive the business to meet company standards.
  • Prioritize, plan, delegate, administrate, and adapt to business needs.
  • Maximize inventory, cash control, and loss prevention techniques.
  • Experience in selling timepieces is a plus.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in luxury retail.
  • Excellent selling and customer service skills.
  • Superior spoken and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in inventory management.
  • Luxury retail experience preferred.
