About the position

The Sales Associate at Omega Luxury Timepieces is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. The role requires a strong background in luxury retail, particularly in timepieces or fine jewelry, and a passion for the art of selling. The ideal candidate will establish lasting relationships with clients, meet sales objectives, and contribute to a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a welcoming and approachable luxury environment.
  • Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all unique and impeccable products and their distinctive characteristics.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by providing memorable experiences.
  • Utilize training techniques to engage, inform, and retain a loyal client base.
  • Provide a unique and special experience to all clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide the highest level of client service through personalized contact in product maintenance.
  • Develop potential clients through clientelling and networking efforts.
  • Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client's tastes and goals for future purchases.
  • Assist team members in the sales process as per established boutique protocols.
  • Reach new prospects through networking and outreach.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry field.
  • Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills.
  • Elevated ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
  • Robust adaptability to learn the technical aspects of the company collection of timepieces.
  • Talented negotiation prowess.
  • Passion for the art of selling.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.
  • MS Office experience is highly desirable.
