About the position

The Sales Associate at OMEGA Luxury Timepieces is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment. The role involves establishing a welcoming atmosphere, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of OMEGA's timepieces, and cultivating long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, particularly in luxury retail, and a passion for the art of selling, aiming to meet or exceed sales objectives while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a welcoming and approachable luxury environment.
  • Demonstrate a deep knowledge of OMEGA's unique range of products and their characteristics.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by providing memorable experiences.
  • Utilize training techniques to engage and retain a loyal client base.
  • Provide a unique experience to all clients and meet sales goals.
  • Deliver the highest level of client service through personalized contact.
  • Develop potential clients through clientelling and networking efforts.
  • Maintain and grow existing clients, keeping records of milestones and preferences.
  • Assist team members in the sales process as per established protocols.
  • Reach new prospects through networking and outreach.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
  • Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills.
  • Elevated communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Robust adaptability to learn technical aspects of the product.
  • Talented negotiation skills.
  • Passion for the art of selling.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.
  • MS Office experience is highly desirable.
