As the Omnichannel Associate at JCPenney, you will play a crucial role in contributing to profitable sales growth by executing various activities and strategies related to Enterprise Fulfillment and JCPenney operations. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service and sales support, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience. You will greet and assist customers in finding products, actively listen to their issues, and resolve problems in a calm and agreeable manner. Additionally, you will promote company products and services while effectively partnering with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. In the realm of Enterprise Fulfillment, you will monitor the Enterprise Fulfillment systems application, pick merchandise orders, and ensure timely acknowledgment of completion in the system. Your responsibilities will include accurately packing orders according to packaging requirements and timelines, as well as completing all Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities promptly. You will also be involved in researching JCPenney order shortages and overages, completing shipment check-ins, and maintaining the organization of the JCPenney stock area. General operations will require you to collaborate with Merchandise Associates and Assistants to replenish store inventory and participate in the annual inventory process. You will be expected to consistently meet established performance standards, including shrink and safety initiatives, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
