About the position

The Omnichannel Marketing Coordinator at Lactalis US Yogurt plays a crucial role in the Omnichannel Marketing Strategy, Planning & Activation team. This position focuses on executing retail-specific marketing strategies, fostering relationships with retail partners, and ensuring effective marketing program execution. The role is ideal for candidates passionate about shopper behavior and marketing, providing opportunities for collaboration with sales and brand teams, as well as external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored retailer-specific plans for regional and Tier 2/Tier 3 customers, aligning brand priorities and retailer needs.
  • Serve as the expert on assigned retail partners, understanding their business landscape and growth objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with Retailer Marketing teams to gain insights into their challenges and priorities.
  • Act as the go-to omnichannel resource for field sales and marketing teams, providing tailored recommendations.
  • Pioneer timely omnichannel marketing plan execution, including briefing, audience targeting, and media planning.
  • Deliver post-program analyses and future recommendations based on measurable results.
  • Lead development of online creative assets for brands and ensure digital shelf content is up to date.
  • Manage creative and legal approvals for all customer programs.
  • Assist with budget reconciliation and ensure expenses align with the plan.
  • Manage omnichannel couponing efforts, including performance tracking and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Solid written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Previous experience in the CPG industry preferred.
  • Strong strategic and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish working relationships across departments.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the CPG industry is preferred.
