Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored retailer-specific plans for regional and Tier 2/Tier 3 customers, aligning brand priorities and retailer needs.
  • Serve as the expert on assigned retail partners, understanding their business landscape and growth objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with Retailer Marketing teams to gain insights into their challenges and priorities.
  • Act as the go-to omnichannel resource for field sales and marketing teams, providing tailored recommendations.
  • Pioneer timely omnichannel marketing plan execution, including audience targeting and media planning.
  • Deliver post-program analyses and future recommendations based on measurable results.
  • Lead development of online creative assets for brands and ensure digital shelf content is updated.
  • Manage creative and legal approvals for customer programs and assist with budget reconciliation.
  • Manage omnichannel couponing efforts, including performance tracking and analysis.
  • Collect inputs from the sales team on ad-hoc requests and prepare plans for review with leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing/sales concentration preferred.
  • 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Solid written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Previous experience in the CPG industry preferred.
  • Strong strategic, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish working relationships across departments.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the CPG industry is preferred.
