Responsibilities

• Support onboarding technical efforts
• Support SPO requests to onboard efforts throughout the execution of LOE2/3/4
• Perform adequate discovery and apply the approved Cost/Price for KM Platform and Space C2 Enablement
• Schedule new hire training for technical systems
• Process employee documents for system access to cloud and development environments
• Organize orientation sessions for new employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as an On Boarding Technical Manager
• 5+ years' experience as an On Boarding Technical Manager
• Secret Clearance
• Organizational and planning experience
• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking
• Coaching and Mentoring Abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in cloud and development environments
