About the position

The OnCall Application Analyst is responsible for implementing and enhancing technology solutions that support OnCall services within the organization. This role acts as a subject matter expert for key applications, overseeing the full implementation process to ensure systems are optimized for operational needs. The Analyst will evaluate, design, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance while collaborating with stakeholders and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance technology solutions for OnCall services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of experience in information technology or healthcare, or an Associate's degree with 1 year of experience in information technology or healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
