About the position

The OnCall Application Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing technology solutions for OnCall services within the organization. This position involves acting as a subject matter expert for key applications, overseeing the implementation process, and ensuring that systems are optimized to meet operational needs. The Analyst will evaluate, design, configure, and troubleshoot software applications while collaborating with stakeholders and managing vendor relationships. Additionally, the role includes developing documentation for system design, testing, and training to improve service quality across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business operations to implement and enhance technology solutions supporting OnCall services.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for key applications and oversee the full implementation process.
  • Evaluate, design, configure, and troubleshoot software applications to ensure seamless integration and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
  • Translate technical concepts into actionable insights for operational teams.
  • Develop documentation for system design, testing, and training.
  • Maintain customer expectations to improve service quality across the organization.
  • Attend classes as specified by the vendor.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 years of experience in information technology or healthcare, or an Associate's degree with 1 year of experience in information technology or healthcare.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Previous work-related experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with contact center technologies.
