About the position

The ON-CALL Home Health Aide (HHA)/Personal Care Assistant (PCA) position involves providing personalized care to clients in their homes. The role requires assisting clients with daily activities, administering medications, and monitoring their health and behavior. This part-time, temporary position is ideal for reliable caregivers who can work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Administer medications and ensure proper dosages are taken.
• Monitor clients' behavior and mood, documenting any significant changes.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Requirements

• Must have at least one year of experience in the health care field.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with elderly or disabled clients.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
