About the position

The On-Call Office Services Associate position at ARO involves providing essential office support on an as-needed basis, primarily to cover for vacations, PTO, and sick leave. The role requires flexibility, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle various office tasks including mail/package handling and copy/print operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-call office support as needed for vacations, PTO, and sick coverage.
  • Handle mail and packages efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with copy and print tasks, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Interact with customers to provide excellent service and support.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a copy or print center.
  • Strong customer interaction skills.
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours and perform light lifting.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to the office.
  • Flexibility to work when needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with printer troubleshooting.
  • Experience in high volume mail handling.
  • Experience in high volume print/copy operations.
