About the position

As an On Call Teller at KeyBank, you will serve as a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients, providing exceptional service and assisting with account transactions. Your role will involve identifying client needs, resolving servicing issues, and facilitating deeper financial wellness conversations with bankers. This position emphasizes a strong client experience culture and requires effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service by welcoming new and existing clients to the Bank.
• Assist clients with their account transactions and servicing needs.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a Banker.
• Assist clients in achieving their financial goals using financial wellness tools.
• Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balancing cash drawer within guidelines.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies to stay current on offerings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in a client service role.
• Experience in cash handling.
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.
