The On Call Weekend Hospice Nurse at AdvisaCare is a part-time role focused on providing compassionate care to hospice patients during weekends. Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls and respond appropriately.
• Make patient visits as required.
• Perform tuck-ins for patients.
• Conduct admissions as needed.
• Participate in field visits and weekly office meetings.

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing.
• 1 year of hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers.
• Ability to adapt to patient's status and needs.
