About the position

The On-Demand Certification - Customer Support position at Omni Interactions allows independent contractors to work from home, providing customer service to various clients. Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to Omni's clients over the phone, chat, and through ticketing systems.
  • Make outbound phone calls as needed.
  • Ensure a quiet and secure work environment during working hours.
  • Utilize a personal computer with the required specifications for customer support tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be an independent contractor with the ability to set your own schedule.
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM is required (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted).
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication is necessary.
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed is required.
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 is mandatory (some clients may accept AppleOS).
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software must be installed.
  • A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app.
