About the position

FoodFight is seeking a dedicated On-Premise Activation Lead to oversee events and productions that promote the company and its partners across Philadelphia. This role involves managing Brand Ambassadors and executing activation events that enhance brand awareness and engage the community through sports and food experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and schedule Brand Ambassadors for activation shifts.
• Represent FoodFight at local events, sporting events, and festivals to directly interact with potential users.
• Execute product demos, engage with customers, and collect feedback to improve product & marketing efforts.
• Promote the FoodFight platform at events and on social media to increase brand visibility and user engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional content and materials.
• Build relationships with customers and local businesses to enhance our community presence.

Requirements

• Experience in people management and building organized teams.
• Experience in the foodservice or activation marketing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer engagement.
• Experience in promoting products and driving customer engagement through creative strategies.
• Problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges in the field.
• Proficient in generating and creating engaging social media content.
