About the position

The On-Premise Strike Sales position at Silver Eagle Beverages involves developing and maintaining a positive company image while utilizing proven sales tools and techniques to achieve team sales quotas in assigned accounts. The role includes participating in on-premise promotions, managing inventory, and ensuring proper merchandising of products to maximize sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a positive company image.
• Use proven sales tools and techniques to achieve team sales quotas in assigned accounts.
• Develop, promote, and participate in on-premise promotions.
• Take inventory at assigned accounts and recommend product needs to maintain properly stocked inventory levels.
• Sell displays, new products, draught placements, shelf facings, POS, and price points.
• Enforce Anheuser Busch equity agreement and supplier contract Code Date policies.
• Merchandise at each account to ensure proper code dates and avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Build displays, install, place, and provide P.O.S. and pricing product as allowed by retailers.
• Communicate effectively with Drivers and Merchandisers to ensure closure of sales and maintain good customer relations.
• Complete all administrative duties including verifying Sales Reps truck inventory and syncing route book entries.
• Notify Area Sales Manager of all pertinent changes in the retail trade.

Requirements

• Two (2) years sales and marketing experience required.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience is a strong plus.
• Must have a cell phone with data capability.
• Must handle alcohol and work within T.A.B.C Guidelines.
• Must be able to push a 300 lb dolly load and move 161 lbs kegs.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Driving record within MVR policy guidelines; no license revocation, suspension, DUI/DWI, careless or reckless driving.
• Must obtain a Class A-CDL.
