About the position

The On-Site Assistant Community Manager at Aperto Property Management, Inc. is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the property while creating a supportive and welcoming community for residents. Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective residents through the application process, screening, and move-in.
  • Coordinate with contractors, define project scopes, obtain bids, and manage work orders.
  • Handle rent collection, deposit preparation, and monitor records using Yardi software.
  • Foster a positive living environment by engaging with residents and enforcing community rules.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of property management experience, ideally with 100+ units and tax credit properties.
  • 2+ years of compliance experience with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, etc.
  • Expertise in using Yardi software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves
