Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the community, including communication with the Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Prepare meeting agendas and Board of Directors packages.
• Conduct property inspections and prepare reports.
• Maintain property systems (parking, rental tracking, etc.).
• Handle property governance issues and identify concerns.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience as a certified community manager (CMCA required; PCAM designation preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate quickly and in detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations and personalities effectively and professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, property management software, and the ability to learn new technology with ease.
• Basic familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technology.
