About the position

This full-time position requires the individual to live on-site, ensuring that the property is managed effectively and efficiently. The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled with professionalism and care. The Site Manager will conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly. This role involves handling tenant inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner, ensuring a positive living experience for all residents. Compliance with all lease agreements and applicable laws and regulations is crucial, and the Site Manager will oversee rent collection while maintaining accurate financial records. Additionally, the Site Manager will coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that the property remains in excellent condition. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for property management. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a small staff and will play a key role in fostering a positive community environment at Santiago Estates.
