About the position

As a Customer Success and Hardware Specialist at SafetyClerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and effective use of our software solutions in the construction industry. This position involves on-site client support, hardware management, and training, aimed at optimizing the client experience and ensuring seamless integration of SafetyClerk's features across various job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Visit construction job sites to onboard clients and train workers, foremen, safety managers, and superintendents on-site.
  • Oversee procurement, assembly, and quality control of hardware components in collaboration with vendors.
  • Manage hardware inventory, setup, and maintenance.
  • Assess the usage levels of SafetyClerk software at various job sites and provide troubleshooting and additional training as needed.
  • Monitor the quality of pre-shift and toolbox talks conducted on-site to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with SafetyClerk's safety provider partners to organize ongoing safety training events.
  • Act as the on-site liaison, addressing client needs and driving engagement with SafetyClerk's features.
  • Provide regular updates to the Customer Success Manager on key client interactions and on-site progress.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success role with a focus on on-site client support or hardware management.
  • Experience in hardware assembly, quality control, and vendor management, particularly in a construction or industrial setting.
  • Strong ability to manage relationships across multiple job sites and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for training diverse teams in a construction environment.
  • Ability to travel to construction sites across New York and the Tri-State area as required.
  • Independent problem-solver, comfortable managing a flexible workload in a fast-paced, small-team setting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in construction is a strong plus; familiarity with safety protocols and hardware setup is ideal.
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required.
