About the position
JonBec Care, Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals for various direct care positions including caregivers, CNAs, LVNs, and Psych Techs. This role focuses on providing quality care for intellectually disabled individuals, with opportunities for immediate hiring during an on-site interview event. Training is provided for entry-level positions, making it accessible for new graduates and those without prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as required.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary for caregivers and direct care staff; training will be provided.
- New graduates for LVN and Psych Tech positions are welcome.
- Ability to pass CPR, N-95 fit testing, physical, TB testing, drug screening, and live scan fingerprints.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus but not required.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients.
