About the position

The On-Site Lead Application Developer (Blazor/.NET) role is a full-time position based in Cottage Grove, MN, focused on expanding the Software Development Division. The developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining proprietary software products, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client needs. This position requires a strong background in C#, SQL, and Blazor, along with experience in mobile application development and client product management.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, test, maintain, and implement proprietary software products.
• Implement and maintain web solutions using C# .NET and SOA.
• Develop mobile applications using Xamarin/MAUI for Android and iOS.
• Manage and configure client product solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and IIS.
• Enhance code leveraging Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX and Kendo UI frameworks.
• Provide technical solutions in collaboration with clients to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripting for data manipulation and analysis.
• Communicate complex technical issues effectively to customers.
• Create reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Provide superior customer support to business users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming or related field required.
• Minimum 6-7+ years of experience in coding and software development.
• Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# or Java.
• Core understanding of database interactions using SQL and LINQ.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with Delta V, Rockwell, and Foxboro systems.
• Familiarity with ASPX, AJAX, SQL/MySQL/SQLite, HTML, Python.
