About the position

Green Briar Village Club is seeking a part-time, on-site Community Association Manager to oversee the operations of the association. This role involves managing day-to-day activities, assisting homeowners, and ensuring compliance with governing documents. The position is ideal for either a newly licensed or experienced community association manager, requiring a commitment of approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain consistent office hours
  • Assist homeowners with walk-in requests, phone calls, emails, etc.
  • Process clubhouse reservations and pool key distribution
  • Provide executive direction of day to day and long term operations of the association
  • Direct the association's fiscal matters
  • Be familiar and knowledgeable of the association's governing documents
  • Ensure that the policies, resolutions and other acts of the board are carried out
  • Prepare, implement and oversee the association's annual budget
  • Oversee invoices, receivables, payables, and delinquencies utilizing QuickBooks
  • Review all association contracts, subject to the board's approval
  • Management of the association, including planning, organizing and assigning work, delegation of authority and accountability management
  • Ensure compliance with architectural and design covenants; sending notice to homeowners as necessary
  • Act as association liaison with all local and state governmental authorities and bodies

Requirements

  • Active LCAM license in the state of Florida
  • Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
  • Driver's License (Required)

Nice-to-haves

  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
