The On-Site Manager/Leasing Agent is responsible for managing a 45-unit apartment building in Napa County. This role involves overseeing leasing duties, maintaining property cleanliness, and addressing tenant issues to ensure a well-managed living environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all leasing duties, including posting and monitoring online ads manually and refreshing them every 48 hours.
• Field and respond to all rental inquiries immediately, ensuring high responsiveness.
• Schedule and guide apartment tours or provide proper material for virtual tours.
• Send out applications, collect deposits, and draft leases online.
• Complete move-in and move-out apartment checklists with tenants.
• Schedule and follow through to completion with all maintenance issues.
• Monitor property and tenants, addressing any issues as needed.
• Maintain property cleanliness.

Requirements

• Experience in property management or leasing.
• Strong communication skills to respond to inquiries and interact with tenants.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
