About the position

The On-Site Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a multi-family community, ensuring high levels of customer service, managing vendor relations, and maintaining the property’s physical condition. This role involves supervising maintenance staff, managing budgets, and ensuring occupancy goals are met while providing a welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the property.
  • Provide high-level customer service to residents and potential residents.
  • Oversee vendor management, including contract negotiations and addressing delinquencies.
  • Inspect vacated units for necessary repairs and maintenance before new move-ins.
  • Re-inspect units after maintenance is completed.
  • Read and manage budgets, controlling expenditures to meet financial goals.
  • Supervise daily operations including marketing and property inspections.
  • Perform administrative duties such as report preparation and budget monitoring.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Property/Rental Management.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
