About the position

The position is part of the National Real Estate Practice Department at Marsh, based in San Diego, CA. The role involves analyzing findings, driving operational support, and contributing to the team's objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant insurance legislation. The individual will manage their workload to meet service level agreements and key performance indicators, and engage with stakeholders and brokers on various initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze findings and propose suggested actions relating to ad-hoc reporting and presentations.
• Drive operational support of management teams and processes for continuous improvement of efficiency and quality within the team.
• Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives.
• Manage and prioritize your own workload to meet individual SLA, KPI, and quality targets.
• Disseminate information and coordinate projects for the geography, leveraging best practices to achieve operational excellence.
• Lead and/or participate in stakeholder engagement sessions and work in partnership with brokers on identified initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Basic understanding of core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation.

• Previous experience in an administrative or legal support role.
