About the position

The On-Site Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing daily operations at the site. This role involves overseeing employee management, recruitment, and maintaining strong relationships with client partners while fostering a safe and cooperative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly respond to all requests and inquiries.
  • Assist clients in resolving personnel issues and disciplinary actions.
  • Track employee assignments, turnover ratios, and terminations.
  • Manage daily onsite operations including head counts and check-ins for new associates.
  • Provide first-day orientation for new employees and manage their time clock setup.
  • Address employee questions related to time cards and payroll.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, including recruiting, interviewing, and filling vacant positions.
  • Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of related staffing and/or management experience.
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proven leadership skills with high levels of motivation and self-direction.
  • Ability to work after hours and on weekends when required.
  • Ability to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a shift.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Knowledge of staffing and recruitment processes.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly wage of $22.00-$24.00 per hour.
  • Full-time employment with 40 hours per week plus occasional overtime.
