TEM Express Logistics LLC is seeking motivated and result-driven Delivery Drivers to join their team in Lynnwood, WA. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to earn weekly incentives and bonuses. The role involves safely driving company vehicles, delivering packages to customers on time, and providing exceptional customer service in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles including Mercedes Sprinter Van, Dodge Ram Vehicle, and DOT regulated 'Step Vans'.
• Successfully handle and deliver packages to customers on time.
• Load and unload products from company vehicles.
• Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations.
• Maintain good work habits, including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures.
• Work with support team to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
• Knowledge of state driving laws is required.
• Willingness to submit to a driving record check, background check, and drug screen.
• DOT medical certificate required (provided if needed).
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of packages weighing up to 50 pounds or more.

Nice-to-haves

• Proven experience as a courier or delivery driver is preferred.
