About the position

The Onboarding and Access Control Specialist at MPOWERHealth is responsible for managing the user onboarding process, ensuring compliance with access control protocols, and facilitating smooth access across various platforms and systems. This role involves coordinating with internal and external teams to support new users and maintain security standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage user access across various platforms and systems.
• Create profiles, distribute credentials, and support users with login/password configurations.
• Troubleshoot access issues and collaborate with IT teams for resolutions.
• Audit user access and maintain compliance with security policies.
• Serve as the main contact for access requests, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure smooth onboarding through close coordination with IT teams and effective communication with new users.
• Maintain a list of required systems and software, ensuring timely setup of shared folders and communication channels.
• Keep job aids updated for systems and make them accessible to users.
• Provide first-level support for access issues and escalate complex problems as necessary.
• Adhere to security policies and maintain accurate records of system access requests and credentials.
• Assist in developing compliance reports and improving onboarding workflows.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of user access control, IT onboarding, and account management.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Teams, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in multicultural environments.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong Excel skills necessary.
• SQL skills are preferred but not required.
