About the position

The Onboarding and Migration Specialist at Momence plays a crucial role in managing the onboarding and migration process for clients transitioning to the Momence platform. This remote position focuses on ensuring a seamless experience for clients by overseeing data migration, providing training and support, and maintaining effective communication throughout the process. The specialist is expected to demonstrate a customer-obsessed approach, ensuring clients are comfortable and proficient with the platform while addressing any issues that arise during migration.

Responsibilities

  • Guiding new clients through the onboarding process and providing necessary support and resources.
  • Overseeing the migration process as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring data integrity and a smooth transition.
  • Managing the accurate migration of client data from previous platforms to Momence.
  • Regularly communicating with clients, addressing concerns, and providing timely updates.
  • Identifying and resolving issues during the migration process, collaborating with technical support as needed.
  • Conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support to clients on using Momence features.
  • Documenting customer interactions and progress in the CRM system, maintaining process documentation and guides.
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure effective communication and alignment during onboarding and post-launch.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a similar role (customer service, onboarding, implementation, project management, or other client-facing role), ideally in a software or technology company.
  • Very solid proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, data management tools, and CRM systems.
  • Experience working with large data sets and a strong understanding of data migration processes and best practices.
  • Excellent English fluency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
