About the position

As an Onboarding Compliance Specialist at U.S. Xpress Enterprises, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all drivers comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and the company's internal policies. Your primary responsibility will be to contact applicants to gather any missing information necessary for their applications. You will review and order various reports, including Motor Vehicle Records (MVR), Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) reports, and other relevant documents to ensure that applicants meet the hiring guidelines set forth by U.S. Xpress and DOT regulations.
