About the position

The Sales Onboarding and Customer Setup Coordinator is responsible for managing the client onboarding process, supporting the Sales team, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth setup for new clients. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process, including document collection, account opening, and configuration, while acting as the central point of contact for all onboarding matters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client onboarding and support the Sales team.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth client setup process.
  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including document collection, account opening, and configuration.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to manage the pipeline of onboarding clients and establish priorities.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients, Sales, Negotiation, and Operations teams.
  • Submit and track requests for account opening and new client onboarding.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all onboarding matters, driving execution and providing required documents.
  • Coordinate with the Negotiation Team to ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure timely account opening and resolution of any onboarding issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in client onboarding, project management, and data management.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with Sales, clients, and various teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely completion of client setups.
  • Advanced Excel skills for tracking and reporting on onboarding status.
