About the position

The Onboarding Specialist at Equiliem plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. This internal position involves close collaboration with recruiters and candidates to manage the onboarding process effectively, ensuring compliance and high standards of candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates undergoing the onboarding process.
  • Handle all aspects of onboarding paperwork, including distributing, collecting, and following up for timely completion.
  • Regularly connect with recruiters to address candidate progress and advise on start date updates.
  • Review completed paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance before sending to the Quality Assurance team.
  • Ensure all onboarding documents meet company standards and compliance requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and implement enhancements.

Requirements

  • Previous onboarding experience at a staffing firm or large company.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; bi-lingual highly desired.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
