About the position

The Onboarding Specialist at Equiliem is responsible for guiding candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. This internal role involves close collaboration with recruiters and regular communication with candidates to facilitate the timely completion of onboarding documents. The Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of candidate experience and compliance within the recruitment firm.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates undergoing the onboarding process.
• Handle all aspects of onboarding paperwork, including distributing, collecting, and following up to ensure timely completion.
• Regularly connect with recruiters to address candidate progress and advise if start dates need to be updated.
• Review completed paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance before sending it to the Quality Assurance team.
• Ensure all onboarding documents meet company standards and compliance requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and work with the team to implement enhancements.

Requirements

• Previous onboarding experience at a staffing firm or large company.
• Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bi-lingual highly desired.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
