About the position

The position at Equitable involves managing the candidate pipeline and onboarding process for multiple Sales Managers. The role requires regular updates to managers on candidate progress, assisting candidates throughout the hiring process, and maintaining detailed records using the company's SMARTSHEET program. Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate pipeline and onboarding process for multiple Sales Managers.
• Provide regular updates to each assigned Manager, highlighting progress of candidates through the hiring pipeline.
• Assist candidates through all aspects of hiring and onboarding processes.
• Work with sales managers on candidate interview preparation.
• Keep detailed records of progress for all pipeline candidates in the company's SMARTSHEET program.
• Ongoing coordination with Company's National Licensing and Hiring teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a business workplace is preferred.
