About the position

The Onboarding Specialist at Equitable is responsible for managing the candidate pipeline and onboarding process for multiple Sales Managers. This role involves providing regular updates on candidate progress, assisting candidates through the hiring and onboarding processes, and coordinating with various teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate pipeline and onboarding process for multiple Sales Managers.
• Provide regular updates to each assigned Manager, highlighting progress of candidates through the hiring pipeline.
• Assist candidates through all aspects of hiring and onboarding processes.
• Work with sales managers on candidate interview preparation.
• Keep detailed records of progress for all pipeline candidates in the company's SMARTSHEET program.
• Ongoing coordination with Company's National Licensing and Hiring teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a business workplace is preferred.
