About the position

The Onboarding Specialist at Equitable is responsible for managing the candidate pipeline and onboarding process for multiple Sales Managers. This role involves providing updates on candidate progress, assisting candidates throughout the hiring process, and coordinating with various teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate pipeline and onboarding process for multiple Sales Managers
• Provide regular updates to each assigned Manager, highlighting progress of candidates through hiring pipeline
• Assist candidates through all aspects of hiring and onboarding processes
• Work with sales managers on candidate interview preparation
• Keep detailed records of progress for all pipeline candidates in company's SMARTSHEET program
• Ongoing coordination with Company's National Licensing and Hiring teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1 year of experience in a business workplace is preferred
