Your keen attention to detail, proficiency in data entry software, and a systematic approach to managing large volumes of data will be crucial for maintaining the integrity of our systems and fostering positive client relationships. Responsibilities
- Accurately process and enter a high volume of data into our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Support the client onboarding process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless transition experience.
- Monitor data entry procedures, suggesting and implementing improvements for increased efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct routine database maintenance and cleanup tasks to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain a high level of proficiency in our software and data management tools.
- Handle client calls to discuss missed opportunities, ensuring clear communication and follow-up to address client needs and explore potential solutions.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry, database management, or a related field.
- Fast typing skills with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and data entry software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
