About the position

The Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process for new hires within the Pupil Transportation sector. This position is responsible for conducting orientations, ensuring compliance with documentation, and providing training support to new employees. The role requires collaboration with various teams and a focus on meeting onboarding metrics in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate large group new hire orientations for up to 15 people to complete the onboarding process.
• Review and approve all required documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy before the first day of school.
• Provide training support to new employees.
• Support recruitment, compliance, and other cross-functional departments as needed.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and texts related to the onboarding process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
