About the position

The Onboarding Specialist role at Robert Half is a short-term contract position focused on supporting the onboarding team during the implementation of a new system, specifically Workday. This position is primarily remote, with occasional office visits required, and is essential for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding duties during the implementation of Workday
• Provide support to the onboarding manager and the team during the project phase
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary
• Maintain accurate customer credit records
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Utilize MS Office for various tasks related to customer onboarding
• Ensure all onboarding procedures comply with company's standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transition during system implementation
• Perform other onboarding related duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and procedures
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be able to adapt to changing circumstances
• Demonstrable ability to meet deadlines
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
