• Align onboarding processes with company policies and compliance requirements.
• Support new hires in understanding their roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, onboarding, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with employment law and HRIS systems like Workday.
• Experience in customer service or employee engagement is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with employee engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of best practices in onboarding.
