We are seeking an Onboarding Professional to join our HR Operations team, which supports Associates across North America and LATAM with HR-related questions and issues. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for new hires, answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have during the onboarding process. You will coordinate the entire onboarding process, from pre-employment paperwork to the first day on the job, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. Additionally, you will utilize HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or other HRIS platforms to manage and track onboarding tasks effectively.
