N2S is seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in healthcare onboarding and credentialing, specifically working with Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients. As an integral part of our team, the individual will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding process for healthcare professionals, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining excellent communication with both onshore and offshore partners. This role is based onsite in Plano, TX and will closely collaborate with the Director of Healthcare Staffing. The Onboarding Specialist will manage the onboarding and credentialing process for healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. This includes working closely with MSP clients to understand their specific onboarding needs and preferences. The specialist will coordinate the collection and verification of candidate credentials, licenses, and certifications, following established protocols and procedures. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, credentials, and compliance status in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements is crucial. Regular communication with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders is essential to provide updates on onboarding status, address any issues or concerns, and ensure a positive experience for all parties involved. The Onboarding Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, compliance, and operations, to streamline processes, resolve issues, and improve efficiency. Serving as a point of contact for onshore and offshore teams, the specialist will foster strong relationships and facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Monitoring and tracking onboarding metrics and performance indicators will be part of the role, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed. Staying informed about changes in regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to healthcare onboarding and credentialing is important, as is sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues. The Onboarding Specialist must demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing priorities, deadlines, and client requirements, while upholding the highest standards of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in all aspects of onboarding and credentialing operations. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall success and growth of the company by providing exceptional service, supporting team members, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
